关于出口至日本货物的海关申报通知

 

根据日本国会通过的“关税法”修正案.各船公司定于2014年3月1日起，对于所有出口至日本或在日本进行中转的货物均需要提前发送AFR并征收日本海关申报费.具体截单时间将根据各船公司的实际要求确定。故请相关公司务必按照船公司规定的发送时间按时做箱，如未能在规定时间内向日本海关申报舱单信息，可能导致无法顺利装船，甚至会产生海关罚款。

日本海关所需的预申报舱单信息如下：

1.                Full name, address,  telephone number and country code(UN/LOCODE) of shipper, consignee and notify party

2.              Container Number

3.                Precise cargo description(general terms for example “ consolidated cargo” or “ general cargo” cannot be accepted)

4.                First six digits of the HS code

5.                Number of packages

6.                Marks and numbers

7.                Cargo gross weight

8.                Volume

9.                Seal number

10.            UN number and IMDG code where applicable

11.            House B/L (if need)

 

日本线因施行此舱单申报会要求集装箱的装箱时间提前，故请相关公司相应做好计划调整，以便双方顺利执行。
